Self Care Series for the Professional

6 week program for non profit and profit agencies who are looking to increase self care both personally and in the workplace. Each session is 45-55 minutes and can be done as monthly/weekly lunch and learn style.

Session 1: Open the Doors

The first session with self care is to open the conversation regarding self care in the workplace in a safe way

Session 2: Sensory Self Care

Explore a sensory form of self care and take away tools to include in your workplace

Session 3: Mental Self Care

Explore a mental/emotional form of self care and take away tools to include in your workplace

Session 4: Physical Self Care

Explore a physical form of self care and take away tools to include in your workplace

Session 5: Self Care Strategy

Start building your own self care strategy within your personal or professional workspace

Session 6: Bridge the Gap

This last session is entirely optional and a segue to bridge the gap between management and service delivery.
